Suziblue is a southern highbush blueberry variety known for its early ripening season, large fruit size, and good firmness. It produces medium to light blue berries with a small, dry picking scar and a sweet flavor. The plants are vigorous and semi-spreading. Ripens early, typically in late April to early May in South Georgia and mid-May in middle Georgia. Self-fertile, but cross-pollination with other southern high bush cultivars can improve fruit size and yield. Like O'Neal, Star, another Suziblue and Biloxi.
