This image is a vintage postcard of the Ambassador Hotel in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
The 13-story hotel opened in 1919 with 200 rooms, and a 500-room addition was completed in 1921.
It was located on Brighton Avenue and the Boardwalk and was known as the "Monarch of the Boardwalk".
The hotel was a popular spot for celebrities and public figures, including Bing Crosby, Enrico Caruso, Fanny Brice, and even Al Capone.
The building was eventually demolished in 1981 and replaced by the Tropicana Casino & Resort.
