This image is a vintage postcard featuring the Linden Hill Apartment Hotel in Bethesda, Maryland.
The hotel was located in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Area, near the Capital Beltway at Wisconsin Avenue.
The luxury property was designed in the Neo Adam Regency style by hotel operators Eugene Fetter and John Hollinger.
It featured a grand lobby with pink and cream marble floors, Palladian windows, hand-hewn mantels, and period furniture.
The postcard image is from around the 1950s or 1970s, and the building was constructed on the former site of the Pooks Hill mansion.
