The image is a vintage postcard of the former Birmingham Municipal Auditorium in Birmingham, Alabama, now known as the Boutwell Auditorium.
It was originally built in 1924 as the Municipal Auditorium.
The building is located at 1930 8th Avenue North, facing what is now Linn Park.
In 1976, it was renamed the Boutwell Memorial Auditorium in honor of former mayor Albert Boutwell.
The building has a seating capacity of approximately 5,000 people and has hosted numerous events, including concerts and professional wrestling matches.
