The postcard features an illustration of the Cleveland Public Auditorium and the Terminal Tower in Cleveland, Ohio. The auditorium, a Renaissance-style building, opened in 1922 and was one of the largest convention halls in the United States at the time.
Location: St. Clair at E. 6th and Lakeside, Cleveland, OH
Seating Capacity: The main arena seats over 10,000, and the complex also includes a Music Hall with around 2,800 seats.
Design: The building was designed by city architects J. H. MacDowell, Frederic H. Betz, and Frank R. Walker of Walker & Weeks.
Construction: Construction began in 1920 and was completed in 1922.
