The image is a vintage postcard of the Civic Center in Columbus, Ohio, featuring the prominent LeVeque Tower.
The central, tall skyscraper is the LeVeque Tower, an Art Deco building completed in 1927.
Standing at 555 feet 5 inches, it was the fifth tallest building in the world at the time of its completion and the tallest in Columbus until 1974.
The building to the right is the State Office Building, and other municipal buildings are visible along the Scioto River.
The area is known as the Civic Center, an architectural group of government buildings.
