The image is a vintage postcard of the Denver Gas and Electric Building, also known as the Public Service Building, illuminated at night.

The 10-story building was completed in 1910 and designed by architect Harry W.J. Edbrooke.
It was famous for its facade which was decorated with approximately 13,000 electric light bulbs, earning it the title of the "best lighted business structure in the world" at the time.
The building is located at 910 15th St., Denver, Colorado.
The postcard itself is an unused, halftone print from around 1910-1915.
