________
The image is a vintage postcard featuring the entrance to Bushkill Park, located near Easton, Pennsylvania.
Bushkill Park is one of the oldest amusement parks in the United States, operating since 1902.
It was originally a "trolley park", established by a trolley company to encourage weekend ridership.
The park is known for its antique rides, including what is believed to be the oldest operating funhouse in the U.S., "Hilarity Hall" (formerly "Bar'l of Fun").
The park operated continuously until 2004 when it suffered severe flooding damage from hurricanes and closed for a period.
It has since partially reopened, focusing on its skating rink and some rides, geared toward a younger audience and evoking nostalgia.
