The image is a vintage postcard featuring the Joseph Dill Baker Memorial Carillon in Baker Park, Frederick, Maryland.

The 70-foot tall granite tower was erected in 1941 as a memorial to Joseph Dill Baker, who was known as "Frederick's first citizen" for securing the land for the park.
The carillon houses 49 bells, making it the largest carillon instrument in Maryland by number of bells.
The bells range in weight from 22 to 3,500 pounds, with the largest bell being the largest in Frederick County.
The carillon functions as the city's clock, automatically chiming every 15 minutes.
Weekly recitals are still performed by the city carillonneur.
