The image is a vintage postcard featuring the Granville Inn in Granville, Ohio.
The inn was built in 1924 and commissioned by coal and railroad magnate John Sutphin Jones.
It was designed by architect Frank Packard in the Jacobethan Revival style, utilizing sandstone quarried locally.
The inn was originally constructed to accommodate guests of a nearby golf club that was being developed simultaneously.
It is located in the picturesque village of Granville, near Denison University.
