____________

This is a vintage postcard featuring the E.E. Bass Junior High School building in Greenville, Mississippi.
The building was designed by architect R.H. Hunt and built in 1914 as the Old Greenville High School.
It has since been converted into the E.E. Bass Cultural Arts Center, which houses the Greenville Arts Council and hosts various events, art shows, and classes.
The center is also home to one of the oldest working Armitage Herschell Carousels in the country.
The postcard itself is a collectible item, published by the well-known Curt Teich Co. around 1957.
