The 12-story building was built in 1914 as the regional headquarters for the Coca-Cola Company.
It was designed with a unique pie-shape to fit its triangular plot of land at 2107 Grand Boulevard.
The building was purchased by the Western Auto Supply Company in 1951 and is best known for the iconic, multi-story lighted sign added to its roof the following year.
It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1988 and has since been converted into residential loft condominiums.
