This image is a vintage postcard of the "Paradise Pool" at the Sands Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The Sands Hotel was a historic resort on the Las Vegas Strip that operated from December 15, 1952, until June 30, 1996.
It was designed by architect Wayne McAllister and was the seventh resort to open on the Strip.
The hotel was famous for its association with the "Rat Pack" (Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Sammy Davis Jr., etc.), who performed together in its Copa Room.
The Sands was demolished in November 1996 and replaced by The Venetian resort.
