This image is a vintage postcard of the Statler Hotel in Los Angeles, California.
The hotel was a prominent modernist building located at 930 Wilshire Boulevard.
It opened in 1952 and was the first large hotel built in downtown Los Angeles in 30 years.
It initially featured 1,275 guest rooms and a thirteen-story office wing.
The hotel was later renamed the Statler Hilton, Los Angeles Hilton, and finally the Wilshire Grand Hotel.
The building was demolished in 2012.
