The image shows the Masonic Meeting Room at the General Salem Towne House, which is part of the Old Sturbridge Village living history museum in Massachusetts.

This room features unique freehand painted walls and a dark blue ceiling with painted birds, designed to evoke a forest setting.
The paintings were done in the early 19th century by a local artist named Rufus Porter or one of his followers.
The room served as a meeting place for the local Masonic lodge when General Salem Towne lived in the house.
Old Sturbridge Village is the largest outdoor living history museum in the Northeast, recreating life in a rural New England village during the Early Republic era (roughly 1780–1830).
