Pepper Hungarian Sweet One Well Rooted Plant

Also known as Sweet Banana Pepper, Yellow Wax Pepper, and Banana Chili Pepper, is a vegetable plant native to North America, South America, and the Caribbean. This variety produces sweet, skinny fruits 6-8" long, with a mild flavor that sweetens as the pepper ripens from green to light yellow to red-orange. The fruits are well-suited for stuffing, pickling, and using in relish, salsa, and salad. These peppers are rich in fiber, potassium, and vitamins A and C and have a Scoville rating of 0-500 depending on ripeness and growing conditions. Upright plants grow 18-30" tall and 12-18" wide, flourishing in full sun in the vegetable garden or large containers with regular water and warm weather.
