Tomato Sheboygan

A paste-type, heirloom tomato variety, known for its juicy, flavorful, and meaty fruits, typically pink in color and weighing 4-6 ounces, and was grown by Lithuanian immigrants in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, since the early 1900s.  Great for sauce but, unlike most paste tomatoes, also great eaten fresh.
