________
The image is a vintage postcard depicting the Isleta Pueblo in New Mexico.
Isleta Pueblo is the home of the largest of the Southern Tiwa tribes.
It is located on the west bank of the Rio Grande, about 13 miles south of Albuquerque.
The name "Isleta" (Spanish for "little island") originated because the pueblo was built on an island in the Rio Grande.
The mission church visible in the background is the San Agustin de la Isleta Mission, originally constructed around 1710.
