The image is a vintage postcard featuring the Carney Motel in Rolla, Missouri.
The motel was located on Highway 66 East.
It was later known as the Carney Manor Inn, which made use of the historic Pierce Pennant Hotel building.
The motel has since been demolished, with a Steak 'n Shake restaurant and a Pear Tree Inn now located on the site.
The original motel featured amenities such as air conditioning, TV, phones, and a free breakfast buffet.
