This is a vintage postcard of the Ruidoso Downs Race Track in Ruidoso, New Mexico.
The track is home to the All American Futurity, known as the world's richest quarter horse race.
The racing season typically runs from late May through Labor Day weekend.
Ruidoso Downs is also known for the "Free Spirits at Noisy Water" sculpture display by artist Dave McGary, one of the largest equine sculptures in the world.
The image appears to be from the 1950s or 1960s, based on similar postcards found online.
