This is a vintage postcard featuring the Marjorie McNeely Conservatory at Como Park in Saint Paul, Minnesota. The conservatory is a notable example of a Victorian-era greenhouse and first opened to the public in November 1915.
The conservatory is part of the Como Park Zoo and Conservatory, which is owned by the City of Saint Paul.
It was renamed the Marjorie McNeely Conservatory in 2002 after a generous gift from the Donald McNeely family.
The building was placed on the National Register of Historic Places on November 17, 1974.
It features a 64 1/2 foot tall central dome and two wings, one of which holds a sunken garden.
