This image is a vintage postcard featuring a "Floral View" of Krug Park in St. Joseph, Missouri.
Krug Park is the oldest constructed park in St. Joseph, donated to the city by Henry Krug in 1890.
The park was officially opened to the public in 1902 and features botanical gardens, a conservatory, and a lily pond.
The postcard is postmarked "Jutie 10. 09" (July 10, 1909), a date within the "Divided Back" era for postcards (c. 1907-1915).
Rudolph Rau was hired to design the park's landscape, which included the flower gardens and walking paths visible in the image.
