Completed in 1930, the structure's design includes Greek, Egyptian, and Oriental elements.
The top of the building, featuring a step pyramid and griffins, was modeled after the Mausoleum at Halicarnassus, one of the Seven Wonders of the World.
It stands 386 feet tall and is constructed of Indiana limestone.
