The image is a vintage postcard depicting the Traverse City Osteopathic Hospital in Michigan.
The hospital was located on the south side of Munson Avenue.
It had 83 beds, over 40 physicians on staff, and 289 employees in 1977.
In the mid-1990s, the hospital merged with Munson Medical Center.
The original building is now occupied by the Elks Club.
